What is required to view my report online?

You need username and password in order to view your report. username and password is available on the receipt you’ll get during your visit at lab.

● Click on the patient reports at the top right corner.
● Enter your username and password.
● View all the reports.

What are the operating hours of Abrar Diagnostics patient specimen collection testing locations?

Abrar Diagnostics serve 9 am to 9 pm, six days a week. However, we can facilitate on weekends or any government holidays for sample collection.

Do I need to pay any extra amount to get immediate results?

No, we do not charge extra amount for urgent reports. Patient’s need is Genomic Lab’s priority. We try our level best to serve the needs of our customers.

What pathology services does Abrar Diagnostics offer?

Abrar Diagnostics website will provide you our entire tests menu.

How long does it take to process my specimen?

Reporting time varies depending on the nature of the test.

If I am a patient, can I contact your pathologist/molecular biologist to discuss the report?

Yes, please contact our Lab, and they will connect you with the relevant pathologist or molecular biologist to facilitate you in this regard.

Can I, as a patient, take my slides to another doctor or hospital for a second opinion?

Yes, you can take the slides by submitting slide request form and payment against expenses for slides preparation. Genomic Lab will provide your slides within 24 hours of request.

I have very difficult veins. How can I be sure the phlebotomist can get the sample?

Phlebotomists at Abrar Diagnostics Lab are professionally trained for blood sampling process and after locating your veins properly they will draw sample.

How do I know that my samples will not be mixed up in the laboratory?

We are using latest software system to label and identify patient samples. Abrar Diagnostics assures that your sample is in safe hands.

Do I need to fast for any test?

Fasting is not necessary for all the tests. Only tests related to blood glucose and cholesterol require 12 hour fasting. You can drink water during fasting.

What do I need to bring for my test?

No specific documents are required if you are going for routine tests for regular checkup, but if you have doctor’s prescription for tests then you need to bring it.

How can I get my reports from Abrar Diagnostics?

You can collect reports from the lab or you can view your reports online. We can also email you the reports.
